Established in 2018, Pan’s Mushroom Jerky produces a plant-based snack made of shiitake mushrooms that is based on a traditional family recipe. You may have seen our handmade mushroom jerky at Powell’s City of Books, Tender Loving Empire, Whole Foods, New Seasons and over 900 retailers across the country. 

Our team is small but mighty, and we are honored to create a tasty plant-based product. We've received lots of buzz, and even secured a deal on Shark Tank.
