What are Pan's Points?

Pan's Points is our loyalty program. You may earn Pan's Points every time you shop at mushroomjerky.com, then redeem your Pan's Points for exclusive discounts and promotions.

How do I earn Pan's Points?

You will earn Pan's Points every time you shop! You can earn additional points in other ways, including celebrating your birthday and creating an account.

Start by clicking on the orange "Rewards" button on the bottom left corner of our website. There, you can create your Pan's account or sign in to your existing account.

Once signed in, click on 'Ways to Earn' to display your earning options.

Where can I see how many Pan's Points I have?

Click on the orange "Rewards" button in the lower left corner of mushroomjerky.com and sign in to your Pan's account. Once signed in, your Points balance will be visible at the top.

How do I redeem my Pan's Points Reward?

If you've earned enough Pan's Points to redeem a reward, you may use your promotion code on an order right away or save it for a future order. 

First, sign in to your Pan's account by clicking on the orange "Rewards" button in the lower left corner.

Click on 'Your Rewards'. Choose the promotion you want to redeem, and then your discount code will be displayed. Click 'Apply Code' to have your discount automatically applied to your cart at checkout.

Why can't I access my Pan's account?

Click on the 'Sign In' button at the top of this page or click on the orange "Rewards" button in the lower left corner.

If you do not already have an account with us, click on 'Sign Up' then enter your information to create your Pan's account.

Please note - you may still need to create an account even if you've made a previous purchase on mushroomjerky.com. You will earn points for making a purchase, but you cannot access the points until you create an account with the email address you used to place an order.

How do I earn points for leaving a review?

You can visit any product page on mushroomjerky.com and leave a review. Also, you can check your email for a request to leave a review after one of your purchases. Please be sure to submit your review using the email address associated with your Pan's Points. After you submit your review, your points will be automatically added to your account, and you'll receive an email with confirmation.
