What are Pan's Points?

Pan's Points is our loyalty program. You may earn Pan's Points every time you shop at mushroomjerky.com, then redeem your Pan's Points for exclusive discounts and promotions.

How do I earn Pan's Points?

You will earn Pan's Points every time you shop! You can earn additional points by engaging with our brand in other ways, including following us on social media, sharing your birthday, writing a review, joining our email list, and more. Scroll up to see examples of ways to earn points. 

Start by clicking on the green Rewards button on the bottom left corner of our website. Then, create your Pan's account or sign in to your existing account with your associated email and password.

Once signed in, using the green Rewards button, click on 'Pan's Points' to display your earning options. From there, you can click on an icon to start earning points. You can also find these earning options on this page under 'Ways to Earn Points' - just click on 'Earn Points' and watch your points start accumulating. 

Where can I see how many Pan's Points I have?

Just click on the green Rewards button in the lower left corner of mushroomjerky.com and sign in to your Pan's account. Once signed in, click on 'Pan's Points' from the dropdown menu under 'Shop' in the top navigation bar. There, your Rewards Balance will be visible at the top and your Rewards Activity will be listed below for your reference. 

How do I redeem my Pan's Points Reward?

If you've earned enough Pan's Points to redeem a reward, you may use your promotion code on an order right away or save it for a future order. 

First, make sure to sign in to your Pan's account using your associated email address and password. You may do this by clicking on the green Rewards button in the lower left corner. (Please note, you may still need to create an account even if you've made a previous purchase on mushroomjerky.com.)

To apply your discount code on a purchase right away, using the green Rewards button, click on 'Redeem Pan's Points' to display your promotion options. Redeem the promotion you want applied to your online purchase by clicking on it, and then your discount code will be displayed. Click 'Apply Code' to have your discount automatically applied to your cart at checkout. You will be able to view your discount code and amount before completing your payment.

You may also apply your discount code on a future online purchase. Just check your inbox. Once your Pan's Points are redeemed, you will be emailed your discount code to use when you're ready. Your discount code does not expire and may be used on any future purchase on mushroomjerky.com.

Help! I redeemed my Pan's Points and now I can't find my discount code?

Once your Pan's Points were redeemed, you were sent an email to the email address associated with your account. You may find your promotion code in your inbox to be used whenever you're ready. If you don't see the email, make sure to check your spam folder as well. 

If you are not able to find your emailed discount code, you may also find it in your Rewards History by following these steps: 

   1. Click the green Rewards button on the bottom left corner of your screen

   2. Sign into your account (if you're signed in, you'll see a "Hi [your name]" at the top of the pop-up.)

   3. Scroll down within the pop-up window to see Your Rewards. If you click Your Rewards, you will see an option to view the rewards you redeemed

Why can't I access my Pan's account?

If you don't remember creating a password but entered your email address in our sign up form, you were subscribed to our newsletter but did not fully set up your Pan's account. 

To check, you may either click on the 'Sign In' button at the top of this page or click on the green Rewards button in the lower left corner. Under 'Unlock Perks', just click on the blue 'Sign In' link.

If you already have an account, you will need to enter a valid email address and password to sign in. If  you forgot your password just click on the labeled link, you will be prompted to create a new one. 

If you do not already have an account with us, click on 'Sign Up' then enter your information to create your Pan's account. You'll be rewarded 250 Points just for starting an account , plus there are lots of ways to start earning more Pan's Points towards discounts, right away. 

Why can't I write a review to earn points when I click on the icon?

To leave a review and earn Pan's Points, please visit the product page of the flavor you want to review. Click on 'Write a Review' under the product information text. There, you may leave a review and automatically be credited points. We greatly appreciate your feedback.
